- GCC Toolchain, GDB Debugger
- GPL and other Licenses
- System call interface
- Process management: processes, scheduler and priorities
- Soft-Real-Time processes
- IPC-Inter Process Communication: pipes, message-queues, shared memory, semaphores and signals
- Network programming using BSD sockets: TCP/IP and UDP/IP server and clients
- Useful system libraries
Demonstractions and Exercises
- Thread programming
- Network programming (TCP and UDP server/client examples)
- IPC programming
